Integrated Mindfulness  

To find our purpose and to voice our truth, we need to stop looking outside of ourselves for the answers. Our Integrated Mindfulness helps you to rediscover and bring out the inner power that inherently resides inside yourself but often times needs help reawakening it.
 
Our Integrated Mindfulness is a holistic self-care therapy that provides and weaves together two offerings. The first is breathwork that helps bring an awareness to your body and your surroundings and allows you to become more mindful and in-presence. The breath hold so much potential, more than we can even imagine. Not only does it bring you to the nano second of the present moment but it deeply softens our bodies when often we are often so tight due to the human condition of the "fight, flight, freeze and flee" mode. The natural ability to 'just let it go' is a process of cultivation to create a healthier way of living and being.
 
The second offering is meditation. At it's surface, meditation helps you tap into a deep state of relaxation. But the further you surrender to the practice, the more the gifts reveal themselves. This is when words no longer have a hold on precious experiences and what is understood is first felt. 

You do not have to do both offerings.
Although, it would only be beneficial for you if you were to do so.

what should i expect during these practices?

Many people can open a book or a video and learn to create a practice at home. All of it is beautifully useful and beneficial. However, having a teacher guide your through a more personal and intimate setting is what helps someone drop further into their practice where you are no longer needing an outward source.
